'The 4 star accommodation is on single ground floor level and adjacent to the owners’ main barn. The décor is an eclectic mix of antiques and modern furniture and comprises:

DOUBLE BEDROOM
With fitted wardrobes, dressing table etc. crisp cotton linen and feather duvet and pillows.

SITTING ROOM/DINING AREA
Large corner sofa unit, flat screen TV and DVD player (DVD library available) CD/radio/tape, games, jigsaws, books and other reading materials. Teak and steel table and 4 chairs, coffee table etc.

KITCHEN
Well equipped with electric steel cooker, washing machine, microwave, toaster, kettle etc and welcome pack on arrival.

LOBBY
Tumble drier and hanging area for wet clothes and boots

BATHROOM With bath, separate shower, basin and loo. Cotton towels and toiletries.

Small separate sitting area with table and chairs. Ample covered parking and secure storage for bikes. A high chair and cot are available; due to the pond and swimming pool, the accommodation is unsuitable for children under 12 years of age.

Included in the price are electricity, oil fired central heating, towels ( not bathing) and bed linen.

Guests are welcome to enjoy the 3 acre garden which has a hard surface tennis court and an outdoor swimming pool with changing hut and there is a large carp filled pond. There are a further 8 acres of fields and paddocks accommodating our flock of Dorset Down sheep and more than 50 free range chickens and bantams providing fresh eggs. There are different species of duck on the pond and many white doves sharing their homes with swifts and swallows in the summer.
